In late breaking news...Medical Cannabis Martyr and hero Charles Lynch has his sentencing postponed until June 11th, 2009...oddly, that coincides with the date New York is slated to pass its own Medical Marijuana Bill. Lets hope that reason prevails, that Obama and Eric Holder call off their Jack Booted Thugs, set this man free.
